 hey everyone its mark weed with migration ology calm I am in Jakarta Indonesia and for dinner this evening I am at a legendary food stall that serves not to go to incoming and this place is lively I love that that McPhee R when it comes to Indonesian Street food in the heart of Jakarta nasi goreng coming Kevin TV is legendary for their goat fried rice and they serve it up in a huge way okay man is going to come be big yeah ambience great come okay one of the amazing things about their street food stall is that you can watch them cooking your fried rice a giant wok of simmering curry style meat and first cooked that a mountain of rice is added to the sauce unique this gives there nothing going on more of a BB on you taste as opposed to a typical dry fried rice we're sitting underneath the tent there right next to where they're frying up the fried rice and there's a live music band playing so it's lively and a lot of lots of people here and join the fried rice at the front of the restaurant they are chopping up all of the lamb so there's almost like a little mini mini butchery at the front there and then in the next walk there's a big it looks like lamb curry and then in the next walk is where the the whole fried rice mixture is being mixed up it's a giant waffle with a mound of rice so here's my beautiful point of noting goto end coming you can see there are pretty big pieces of lamb bite-sized pieces of lamb and then the rice is you can smell that aroma and you can really smell that lamb flavor and then these chips on top are made with the melinjo nut and Bing chips and that's on top I just got it yeah I just got to try a bite of that right it is so aromatic oh yeah so that's ridiculously good oh wow that like cinnamony spices in there are incredible it don't look like it's almost like Viviani it's so spicy sweet flavorful and the right texture of the right it's a little bit sticky and then that limb is just all of our gender oh that's like that like cinnamon heavy Viviani really good and then it's also served with its side salad what you look like there's some cucumbers and some cabbage and some chilies and maybe some I don't know we'll find out and it looks like kind of like a pickle that you can mix in with your you're right [Music] that's incredibly good the aromatic spices in there are just insane Wow let me pick up one of these chips now Vidia [Music] the chip it's kind of like a rice cracker it's crispy and then yeah that's just an extra anything crispy anything you can get that crispy along with this flavorful plate of fried rice is going to be a bonus for me that's for sure Oh y'all just finished with that plate of Nazi gold income being that was even better than I thought it was going to be the fragrance of that right and the texture of that right that is definitely an award-winning recipe and this place is legendary I think it there are a lot of food stories that go around with history food salt and so it's a very very well known place in Jakarta and it is a place that I know that if I ever come to Jakarta this will be one of the places I have to come to excellent excellent fried rice and the fragrance yep and the atmosphere here so thank you very much for watching this video please remember to give it a thumbs up and I will see you on the next food video [Music] you
